We are a family team with a focus on supporting our community. Nancy started her career in real estate in 1994 and brought her son, Charlie into the business in 2009. We've navigated all types of markets, from the dot-com boom and bubble to the Great Recession, through the COVID pandemic boom to today. Our team donates 1.5% of our net commission earnings each year through Minnesota’s Give to the Max Day, where matching sponsors help multiply the impact for local nonprofits.
